Sorry guys, like the meetings this fall, I won't be able to make it. My work's Christmas party is that night.

The carbonation is there, you just have to use your imagination.

There is only one bottle left. My plan is to serve to those who donated and then cap the bottle (with the provided cap) and hopefully have it for August for those who can't make it tonight. At 32%, I don't think bacteria will turn it in a month.

I still have the second bottle of Tactical Nuclear Penguin for those that missed it at Big Brew Day. If there are enough people who will be there for the meeting, I will bring it.

There are a couple of hotels in Downtown that are decently inexpensive (under $200 a night) and within walking distance of everything. The light rail system is quite good, but I don't have a whole lot of information on that.

What the name implies to what you actually is get is deceiving. That said, once you ignore the name, I thought it was a pretty good lawn mower beer. A much more interesting than a Coors Light, but still light enough to drink one or three while cooling off. Now, if they could can it, it would be goin...

Funky as in seriously weird off-flavors. I think there is an issue with my bottling components.

I will need to back out of my offer of beer. Something funky got in my brew.

The Tactical Nuclear Penguin arrived yesterday. I will be bringing a bottle to Big Brew Day, although I will have to leave around noon.

I sent an email to BrewDog this afternoon. Judging by the time difference, I hope to hear from them tomorrow.
