It all depends on if I have to attend a meeting that morning in IC. I would say 3 is a safe bet. but it could be much earlier than that depending on my morning schedule. I'll let you know when I know more

Hey guys, I think I'll be the one making your wort. Just come to the back brewery door. I'll be here most of the day til around 6. Let's try to get the wort picked up by then. If I need to stay later, let me know, we can try to work something out.

Thanks for the perspective Tom. Chris, I may take you up on that. I will have to get permission from the boss. By convenience I just mean being able to set it up, and not having to babysit it. So something with automatic temp control.

Lee, would it run a HLT where absolute precision isn't critical? I'm thinking of moving my current PID to the RIMS tube, and getting another got the HLT.
