When the club orders, what type(varieties) of grains can be ordered and how much/little of each can be ordered?

I am thinking of getting into whole grain and would like some recommendations on a grain mill?

I would prefer a used and reasonable mill, but if new what would you buy and cost?

I was thinking of trying an All -grain kit from Northern Brewer, but I do not have a Mash tun, thus I was thinking of trying BIAB using two pots, one pot for the mash and another for sparging. Anyone have any experience with BIAB? If so you results compared to standard all-grain brewing? Any advice ...

I currently do extract brewing and would like to move to All Grain.

I was wondering if the CR Beer Nuts have ever done any All Grain Brewing demos or training? I would and I wonder if others might have some interest, if you would do some training.

I think Sam Adam's has the best octoberfest beer again this year. They have that style down pat. 6.99 a six pack at hy-vee right now.
