I'm going to stop by and see what I can learn about judging at the same time I talked to Randy about bringing a few of my beers to get some opinions on an off flavor I am struggling with.

35 gallon rotomold conical for sale

As usual winter time means I start brewing again as my travel schedule starts to settle down. Earlier this year I bought a plastic 35 gallon conical with the high aspirations of actually using it and making two batches together. That has become a fantasy and I really need to just get rid of it and f...

Doh!

I will be traveling at this time for business. I'll try to make the next one and may just have to volunteer when I'm around.

Thanks for organizing this!

While unlikely for me, do we have the option with Backpocket to do another order later in the year? Say every 6 months?

I may need that assistance Travis.

Thanks for any help.

I think there's a unit conversion going on. The water report is "as CaCO3", but the Bru'n Water sheet uses straight ppm. There is a section at the bottom of the Water Report Input tab that will do that for you. For example, Ca at 61 ppm as CaCO3 translates to 24.5 ppm (straight). That exp...

Why does it seem like on this report Ca and Mg have doubled since the numbers we posted for Bru'in water? I remember you saying you have a family member that works right at the plant so I know these numbers are good, just curious in our differences.
