Re: 2019 Drink Local Festival

Hey all, Just realized I left my kegs my Benz last weekend. We had to duck out early because our garage was broken into. If someone would like to give them a loving home (you can have the beer) for a while I'll figure out when I can come get them, or at least pay for shipping. Thanks - Josh Peanasky

Re: Drink Local 2019

Are we running up on deadline for adding beer to the app? We have details on volunteer opportunities and timing?

Re: July Happy Hour at LB

Well, I can drop beer off but can't stay and serve. Open house means I have to take the dogs for a few hours, part of which overlap with happy hour. Might be able to catch the back end since open house ends at 330.

Re: Ordered a New Grain Mill

Yeah, definitely geared towards the "pro-sumer" market. Nothing wrong with equipment built like the pros use it, just comes with a pretty price tag

Re: 2019 Festiv-Ale

It looks like we have 8 keg beers. I'm tempted to say just bring the tap box. That holds 6, so we can either do a small swap or I can bring 2 disconnect adapters to serve right from the keg. Just need to make sure we have a few extra disconnects for them. I do have BLC, but all my spare kegs are in ...

Re: N7 Hops- Manchester Iowa

Seems like a really cool opportunity for a SMaSH pale ale or single hop pale bitter. Wish I wasn't moving and I'd totally be down.

Re: 2019 Festiv-Ale

I'll have a beer to send (pin lock keg) and there's a chance I'll be able to make the trip, but it'll be a last minute kind of call.

FS: 2x glass six gallon carboys

Trying to lighten the move a bit. For sale are 2 six gallon carboys, fastest offer gets them. Can include brew-hauler brand carboy nets if desired. Great shape, no visible scratches or defects that I've come across.

CURRENTLY PENDING TO MIKE

Re: Pearl Street Brewery, La Crosse WI

One of my favorite breweries to visit when we're in Wisconsin. That linalool ipa is really good and the story behind it just makes it that much better. A touch more history: the brewery started downtown la crosse in the basement of a bar on Pearl St (hence the name). As the story usually goes, they ...

Re: Long Brew Day and Open House at Slappy Brewing 6/29/2019

Kendra and I are doing the Big Rove ride that day, but may be able to hang out after that (late afternoon).

If we do, I'll be sure to bring a ton of beer to help lighten the move.
