Thanks for the recipes Pat. One question, do you use any hops in this beer? I don’t see any in your ingredients. No hops. Who needs them. ;-) Traditionally, a Flanders Red would use aged hops. You could sort of mimic this by dry hopping after the beer has turned sour. Ha! Thanks, I kind of thought ...
