Hey all,
As you have probably seen from the title of this post. I am pushing back the tech meeting until next week. I have been working a lot of hours at work over the past several weeks and have not had time to put anything together. I appologize.
This tech meeting will be an intro to the Beer Judging Certification Program (BJCP) guidelines and the kickoff meeting for the first session of the BJCP study group. This group will meeting for approimately one year to learn history of beer, flavor profiles, ingredients profiles, how to judge and idenfity contanimation/infection in beers. The overall goal of this is for sometime next spring for this group to take the BJCP exam and the group members to become certified judges. While it is not required to take the exam to participate in this study group it is highly encouraged. We only have one certified judge in our club which is something we are trying to change.
