I haven't looked through my inventory so I'll have to update this tonight. But now that Dave Co. so graciously got me access, I'm chiming in. I'm behind on brewing, maybe I can buy a nice pale ale and pour it into a keg.. :)

Name: Big T - Travis S
Bringing Beer: yes
Imperial IPA; 5 gallons
Mystery Beer B: A couple of bottles of Cyser
Bringing display Items: Yes
(what do we need) ??
Also bringing, a cooler/c02, picnic cooler tapper(if I get it up and working in time) Plastic cups for our party.

Anyone bringing plastic pitchers in so we can dispense out of them, rather than the growler. I woudl think this would be much easier, unless your worried about it going warm and flat, which I doubt know how fast the beer is going to fly.

Available for setup/teardown: Both
Available Time during Fest: 1 – 3 OR 3 – 5

Available for Breakfast and bloody beers. I'm not an early riser, but would like to meet up at Larry's if the offer is still open and have a couple to loosen my nerves before the onslought begins. Has anyone contacted Mark again, he has the dry erase board, banner, and a decent stash of beer. With 500-700 people projected A couple growlers won't last long.

Thanks Brewhound, I was copy and pasting your times, didn't notice the gap. I'm avail all day, but hoping to wonder a bit during the event to sample and work the PR babee!

I haven't got around to ordering a mechanic shirt, so I'm just wearing the tshirt, or pinning my patch on something temp till I get my shirt..

And yes BrewHound, I'll bring a bottle of mead for the crew..

Brian, I have ball lock setup, sorry..but your welcome to use my picnic cooler if we dispense one keg first or swap in the middle??

Is something else going on that no one is available from 2-4?

Name: Larry Papkin

Bringing Beer?: Yes, but prob only a growler of smoked porter. I'm pretty low on beer at present.

Bringing display items?: No

Available for set up or teardown?: Yes, I'll be there at noon and plan on staying all day. I'd be happy to join Mr T for bloodys or bloody beer in the morning. My deck has a pretty nice view this time of year, or name the place. See ya'all there.
