If anyone else wants to get on these specialty grains I'll have more than I need for most (especially roasted barley) so I'm more than willing to share.
Tom, do you want everyone to add these amounts to their checks to you? Might be simpler than having everyone write two checks, but if you don't want to deal with it that's OK.
Everyone: We need to decide on a time/place to do the split. We'll need a scale or two that can handle 15#, grain scoops, and don't forget to bring containers/bags and a sharpie to mark them with.
I propose we meet up at someone's house to do the split after the grain pickup. Would likely be around 11am Saturday. Any Volunteers?

Thanks, this looks good. I live on the NE side, walking distance to 3BB, and we can do the split there unless someone else wants to do it.

Kent,
You can have as much out of my specialty grains share as you want, as I'll end up with a lot more than I need.
OK, let's plan to meet up at 3B after the pickup at Millstream. We'll have a better idea of time once we know when we're meeting in Amana. I'd be happy to carpool down there. There's no point in all of us driving down. I can take 2-3 people plus a fair amount of grain.

No problem Tom. I'll hold onto them, you can pay when you get back.TappedOut wrote:Well crap. I'm going to be out of town both this weekend and next, and the week in between. I can mail a check, but if someone can store a couple bags of grain for me, I'd be grateful. Thanks!

It sounds like we can pick up the grain at 10am on Saturday. Anyone who wants to come dawn and help is more then welcome.
I plan on being back home to start brewing by noon. Anyone who wants to stop by and pick up your grain here is fine. I should be brewing until 6-6:30. Gotta get that RIS made.

JimF, Do you want to meet me to share a ride down to MillStream? How about meeting at 3B at 9:20am?
If anyone else wants to ride along, I can take another person and still have room for some grain.
For those who are getting specialty grains. I plan to return to the parking behind 3rd Base around 11-11:30. We'll split the grain bags then. If you will not be able to make it there let me know.
