Aged ale tasting - plan for next year

Post by hoboscratch »

So based on the success (and deliciousness) of the strong ale tasting that Dave put on last month, I think it would be a cool idea to do a similar thing, but strictly aged beers. So that means at the very least, buy something now, stash it, and share it next year. Or if you have something else aging that you've been waiting to crack open, maybe this future tasting would be the time to do it.

The only thing that sucks about this one is it would pretty much knock a lot of the big delicious IPAs that we had there. So maybe we could still have a good ipa section, but everything else needs to be aged at least 10 months, ideally a year+. What do you guys think?
