No that will be fine, I think we are scheduled at this point to have 75 Gallons or so, but I have a couple of empty kegs I can sanitize and use if need be.
Ok, so the deed is done and the day is approaching. The barrel filli is coming up this Saturday.
Now to just figure out a time. I don't think I can do earlier in the day as I have my daughters on Saturday's to tend with.
So I guess, I will ask you guys, do you want to do it in the mid-day (around 3ish) or do you want to have a barrel filling party and do it up, fill it after dinner then drink heavily until someone passes out, then drink even harder until the last man falls?
I would be better with bringing my keg in the afternoon. It's family game night on Saturday. If it's ok, I'll bring my keg to you after 12:00 sometime.
I was wondering who was storing the club brew so I could possibly get a small sample to take to work to do tests on it to see exact alcohol content and other things. All I would need is a white labs yeast vile or just a standard vile(don't need that big of a sample to test it).
Let me know if you can bring it to the meeting on Thursday.

You are welcome to a samole, just trying to figure out the purpose, the exact alcohol content of the beer will be changing fairly constantly. The barrel takes an "angel's share" which will change the alchol percentage. Also as we take from the barrel and top of it is going to change as well. Me taking 5 gallons for Benz and topping off with new caused a change in it.
Also maybe we could do this the next time I steal for the next event. Keeps me from having to open the barrel needlessly and stick tubing in the beer.
