Wow bud, I just notice that those are all wheat beers, that is a butt load of wheat my friend. Though I do like the diversity you got going there. Might have to change Kurt's place to "The Wheat House".

I think this might be the new way I start brewing from now on, just started my 7th and final mash. 35 gallons of beer and 73 pounds of grain, Tom when's the next grain order coming up?

Since I got all of this roasted barley and chocolate malts looks like I'll have to do a day of stouts when I get my fermenters emptied. Thinking about a coffee mocha stout, chocolate stout, chocolate cherry stout, and I might invest in a new fermenter and brew 15 to 20 gallons of our RIS.

That's what I think I'm going to sometime in the future. Would be nice to do two 10 gallon batches once I upgrade and weld up my larger system.

I don't know Kurt, then you could not brew 8 beers in a day. Or maybe you could you would just then have 200 gallons kicking around!
