Rick and I just found out that we won some ribbons at the Great Lakes Int'l Cider and Perry Competition in MI this weekend. Rick won big with three silvers and a gold and his Snowy River Common Cider was a BOS Honorable Mention. Huzzah!

Congrats! I do luv cider, I should probably throw mine out to a comp some time. Curious though as I’m not quite sure the judging criteria based on the below. I see most categories have many gold, silver, bronze winners. And in some all 20 some got medals, and in others no one did. Was trying to understand the criteria they were judging on in case I enter some next year. If anything, it means your cider is drinkable!
