Posted in the members only. Yep, Matt said we could put them in the walkin cooler on Friday. Later is probably better then early.
So he didn't give us a time preference? Just don't want to cause them hardship on this stuff.

How space do we have. I have a 10'x20' awning I could bring if there is space.

No, we didn't set a time. I was planning on dropping mine off about 5ish. It wouldn't be a bad idea to tag them.

I got us two spots and they usually give us one 10x10 plus our 10x10.. if we had enough space and some extra space we would have our own seating bar area..haha.

Are there any other items that we need for the fest? Looks like most of it is covered.

Sure hope the weather cooperates tomorrow.

Jim is there anything else were missing for the tap box that members can bring Saturday to get us by? Tap handles? Connects? Extra C02, worm clamps, etc.?

I will bring one of my large CO2 tanks along with regulator and some line and clamps. Also if anything else is needed, I can get to Rapids for more parts today on Friday.

I have all the tubing for the gas lines. I have clamps for the disconnect ends. I am using beer line for gas line. So we will not need clamps on the manifold side. They are 5/16 barb. And we will be putting 3/16 ID tubing over it. That should seal fine.

Should bring my drip tray? It can save us some mess if we can hook it up.
