Belgian Pale Ale ( Mosher recipe)

Post by jjbuck »

I will be brewing a Belgian Pale Ale (trying to duplicate the one that got drunk at Benz) Saturday. I'll probably start heating water at 10ish.
In addition, I will be hosting the first BADAB (Belgian Ales Drunk At Bucks) of the year. I have several new Belgians I want to taste but if I do this without other participants I'll pass out. (These are all 7.5% and above 750mL bottles) Brats, potato salad, beans, 'cuke and onion pickles and probably corn bread is also planned if the weather cooperates. The BADAB is planned for about 2ish(again if the weather cooperates). If you have a Belgian you want to show off, stop by, or just stop by and have one or two and eat some food.

Not sure how long I can be there, but I'll be there for part of the time.  -Jim On May 24, 2011 7:47 PM, "daveR" <brew-brewing@crbeernuts.org (brew-brewing@crbeernuts.org)> wrote:> That sounds awesome and I'd love to go, but I have a stupid graduation party I have to go to.

Thanks for having us over, John!

For those of you who weren't there, you missed some good beer, and a really great peach mead!  Plus brats and ribs.

Thanks to Jim and Tony for coming over Sat.. Definately need to seperate the brewing and the sampling. At least, I should finish brewing before I start sampling.
