Club Business

I'm going to just throw this out there as a suggestion. Do with it what you will...

I think it would be helpful to post the meeting agenda/topics here for comments or discussion rather than relying on the Thursday meetings to get things done. The monthly club meeting seems really more a social gathering and not terribly conducive to business. We don't start the official portion until 8 or even 9pm most of the time. By then we've all had a few beers, are in the middle of conversations etc. The Prez has to fight to keep everyone's attention and its' difficult to have any real discussion of topics anyway.

It seems to me that we debate most issues here anyway. But sometimes there's information that get's missed such as event details. Plus, not everyone can make every (or even most) meetings and they miss out on some of these entirely as a result. It also kind of eliminates the need to have minutes for most meetings.
