Brews for the Brew-B-Que

Post by johnnyik »

Last weekend I brewed an american wheat. Plan on adding mulberry, blackberry, and blueberry in the secondary. Also made 1 gal of "Crazy Cola", an amber ale made with 1/4 Coke. Seems to be fermenting just fine. I figured if you can make a Mt. Dew beer why not a cola beer! Also brewing a double chocolate hazelnut porter this Sunday. Trying out my new all grain set-up: I'm a little inefficient in my mash but dialing that in. Also found out that stainless quick disconnects leak so had to send them back to Midwest and get the high temp plastic ones. Anyone that wants to venture up to Center Point this sunday morning give me a buzz: 899-4254. Especially if anyone's got a breakfast stout to start the day off right!!

I'm planning to bring my TLA Porter.  Have to make sure it's drinkable, first.

I'm bringing something. I haven't decided what yet, but I'm making it this week.

I moved this thread over here, since it was really about Brew-B-Q and not who was actually posting about an actual brew session.

We had a list going in the thread about Brew-B-Q; do we want to transfer that over to this new thread?

Is there a printable flyer available? I'd like to print some up and post around work.
