Making Cheese today

I thought I'd give it a try. I got 8 Gallons of raw milk from our family farm and am going to attempt Cheddar curds and Mozzarella. I hope it's as easy as the interwebs make it sound.

The Mozz looked pretty good. I'm making feta right now with the 2.5 gal I got from KJ.
