I am brewing two batches on Sunday starting around 8 am. I will have some configuration of my all grain system running. I use a pump and a HERMS coil for those interested in checking that out. I fly sparge and will be messing around with the configuration of my system. I hope to cut the lid opening in my electric HLT larger by then so I can put my HERMS coil in it. We will see if I find the time or not. Brewing a Hefeweizen and Belgian Dark Strong. I currently have no beer on tap so bring something to drink!
Stop by anytime during the day and feel free to call my cell (319) 654-5146 if you want to make sure I am still brewing or have trouble finding the place.
