Yeah, I'm that guy . . .

So I wasn't originally planning on brewing a cider, but changed my mind and was wondering if anyone had leftovers from the pressing. I only need 4 gallons, as I am planning on mixing it with a gallon of cherry juice I already have. I'm more than happy to share the finished product with anyone able to lend a hand. Thanks guys, and the sooner you can let me know, the better!

Hopefully anyone with cider from the pressing has already fermented it. You might be able to use some juice from the store. I'm not sure about the fermentablity of the juices or ciders though.

It does sound like an interesting mix. How does the harvest timing line up?

Karl and I have both made decent cider with store bought cider. Make sure it's preservative free.

Sounds good, thanks guys. As far as the harvest timing, I'm not sure. The cherry juice is on the older side, but it was pasteurized in an air tight jar so I'm hoping it's still fine. This will be my first cider so I'm mostly looking forward to the learning experience.
Thanks again,
Joseph

I've made cyser from store-bought, which turned out surprisingly good. Not as good as some I've had from fresh apple juice by people who knew what they were doing, but better than some I've screwed up from fresh apple juice.
