Sorta New Beer at 3rd Base

Post by Lower Case T »

So.... we've had the Golden Hawk Wheat Beer on tap for many many moons. I've dabbled with the recipe on and off for the last 6 years or so and every time I think I like it the customers ask me wtf I did to it. So anyway, Jim convinced me to throw the rest of the box of the new blend of Falconer's Flight hops that we'd used the day prior in another new beer, into the wheat beer. Does any of that make sense?

Long story short... Come try the Golden Hawk Wheat if you would like to try this new blend of Falconer's Flight called Falconer's Flight 7 Cs . It's pretty much a pale ale with wheat in it now. We like it, but I'm ready for the wrath of the everyday wheat beer drinkers. If any of you are regular Golden Hawk drinkers, I apologize and hope you like the new one. It wont always be like this since I can't get anymore of those hops till next year.

Liked the GHW var.2 very much. As with the pilsner a very drinkable, thirst quenching beer that doesn't knock your legs out from under you. But should be renamed Golden Hawk (NOT) Wheat Beer.
