Bricks' new tap lines

Post by kjball »

Is anyone planning to go check out the new taps Bricks is putting up? I think it would be a good show of support for Pete, who has been very generous to us. I'm not sure what day he's putting them online, but I was thinking we could get a group together to head down and help him christen the taps. Let me know if anyone is interested.

I'm very interested. Bricks is on the verge of becoming my go-to bar based on location and awesome selection.

I'd be up for it depending on time/day. I work a block from Bricks so I'd be up for sneaking out of work early or going right after work.

I have no idea what day, but I think it will be quite soon, maybe next week. I will probably head up after work, so I would be able to be there around 4.

Here's the status: He's got about 2/3 of the lines hooked up. He's waiting on Fleck to get him some more jumper lines to get the rest of the beer online. He's hoping to hear from them today. He'll call me when he knows, and is very excited about our enthusiasm.

So we can go now more most of it or wait until it's all there, which could be in the next day or so. I think he has all the beer now, but just needs some more parts.

Pete just called, the Founders taps are online now. The only taps he's
missing are Hennepin, Angry Cedar, and a cider. Those should be up over
the next few days.

So when do we want to go? Tonight?

Not tonight or tomorrow for me. Saturday would be good or one night next week.

Anyone else for tonight? I'll go next week sometime too if others want to meet. So far it's Jim and I...

It's highly unlikely that I would survive being there that long.

That was kinda what I figured. Will see I may stop by after work anyway.
