Meetings 2009

Post by lpapkin »

We need places to hold meetings during 2009, especially for the first two or three months of the year. Right now we have no place to have January's meeting, so if anyone has been thinking of hosting, now is your chance. Please let us know if you would like to host a meeting in Jan., Feb. or March. Thanks

My wife is due with our third child February 5 so I can't commit to much. I would like to host in March but that may be a long shot.

Meetings 2009

If no one else can do it, I could host again for Jan. If I do, I'll be sure to move the beer table to a less crowded spot....

I accidentally posted the last message from a test account. It should be fixed now, but if anyone saw the "test123" name, it was me.

I will definitely host a meeting this year. Jan and Feb are tough for me. I never know if I am going to have to leave town for work. But once spring hits, that really becomes a non-issue.

Larry,

I am willing to host as well if no one else volunteers. I know I have hosted quite a few of these, so my feelings won't be hurt if you guys want to do it somewhere else. However, with how large our numbers have gotten these days I know that not everyone has enough space to host.

Anyway if you want to have it at my place, I am always willing, just let me know.

Thanks to both Jim and Jeremy for offering to host. Maybe you two could work it out between the two of you and let us know who is the lucky winner. We may have a similar problem in Feb, so maybe one of you could take Jan and the other Feb. I'm willing to do host two meetings once it warms up, but just don't have enough space inside until I get the basement done. At least decide who will host for Jan and we can go from there. Thanks again- let us know who will host Jan ASAP as the meeting is next week!! Didn't realize it was so soon, but Jan 1 was last Thurs.

I can't do Feb, so if Jeremy would do Feb, I'll take Jan.

Works for me, Jim will take Jan and I will take Feb.

If anyone else wants to take Feb, between now and then, just let me know.

Like Pappy, we're tight on space until warm weather and can overflow onto the deck. I'd be happy to take any of the summer 8) month meetings (June - September).

When is the Feb meeting at Jeremy's? I may have a new recruit or two!

The meetings are always the third Thursday of the month. I don't have a calendar in front of me, but I think it's the 19th.
