This isn't new, but I recently re-discovered it. If you don't have software for recipe design, this is a tool that can help you start from scratch.

Interesting, you can order your recipe after you get it the way you want.

I've been using a free, open source software called brewtarget for the past year and it seems adequate. http://brewtarget.sourceforge.net/
