Stainless hole punch

Post by quinton »

I am putting a dome on my mash tun and I need to punch a hole through the very center of a stainless bowl so I can insert my sparge dudad.

Can I borrow someone's thingamajig that cuts circles in stainless?

The hole needs to be about 1.25 inches in diameter.

Any help would be appreciated.

That's a lot of technical jargon there.

I was going to shoot it with a deer slug, but since something more elegant is available, I will take advantage of it.

I have a step bit around here somewhere if you would like to borrow it. It will give 1.25 inches.
