definitely interested in coming. think i can snag some cider out of a batch i'm making for a friend. i'll probably bring some crispin too. i love that stuff!

Big thanks to Joe for hosting our meeting at BIY Homebrew Supply! We had a really fun time. In all we had 4 homebrew ciders and 5 commercial ones to try (if my memory is working this morning). All were very good and it's amazing the differences between them. One big surprise was that all of our homebrew ciders were WAY drier than the Crispin "dry" cider. Still very good though. I definitely will experiment with back sweetening mine.
