FESTIVAL FAQ

Post by brownbeard »

OK. Here is how this is going to go down. Several people are arriving at Benz at 10am, to set up tables, chairs, and canopies. Any help we have there would be appreciated. I would like the people signed up at 12 for setup to come and get the bar, and our area ready.

I am going to be delegating, and organizing, throughout the day. If at any time, you are not sure what to do, find me.

It is going to rain. Maybe more. Be prepared for that. In addition to the canopies, I will be bringing a tarp, and I know Matt Franklin is as well. So we can block some wind.

Kegs can be delivered to Benz any time this afternoon and evening. Make sure your keg is clearly labeled. There are going to be a lot of them.

The list
Canopies - I have the green one
Bar
Tap box for soda (tom)
Tub for soda kegs - Tim
white board - I have both
Easel - I have one, 3rd base is loaning another
CO2 - Tim, Kyle&Travis, Mark
Banner - Stephen?
Bar sign - Tim
Sign up sheet - Tim
Paper flyers - Tim
List of beers - Dave R?

Anyone have anything to add?

As long as we have portapotties and ice lined up it looks good. On Oct 12, 2012 11:46 AM, "brownbeard" <brew-members@crbeernuts.org (brew-members@crbeernuts.org)> wrote:

Do we have cups for the sodas. I have sides for my canopy. But it looks like the wind will be out of the south so the biulding will help some.

I have an extra 10'x12' tarp, should i bring it? Is there a preferred spot the Benz would prefer us to park?

I say bring your tarp and that way we can use it if we want. They can serve as walls or awning extensions. Everyone bring their supply of zip ties. I am starting to picture a mini shanty town. Whatever works.

I have lots of plastic cups for the soda.

I also have the wrist bands for carding the beer drinkers.
