I want to try making something a bit different. I've usually just followed recipes and never made them up, so if anyone has some advice, I'd appreciate it. Using extract and specialty grains:
3.5 lbs light LME
2 lbs wheat DME
0.5 lbs flaked oats
0.5 lbs flaked wheat
Belgian Wit yeast
For the flavoring I'm going to use extract, since most of what I found mentioned the yeast will ferment most of the flavor out of real blueberries.
