Glad you will be open for a bit on the 28th. I need to stop in to get some stuff in case I brew in the next few days. Need to refill my barrel. Going to put the scotch ale in there. Do you have some WLP028 Edinburgh Ale Yeast?

Bad people drink bad beer. You don't usually see an empty bottle of Rochefort tossed onto the side of the road

You bet Matt--I have one vial of WLP028 left and have set it aside for you in the yeast fridge. Hope to see you today!
Cheers!

Kent, I got the last vial of WLP028. I am building it up for an 8 gallon batch which I will do over two starters. When are you brewing? I was going to do one starter, chill and decant. Then I will do my typical starter the night before I brew and pitch it at full krausen. I can refill the vial for you after my first step of the starter if you like. Let me know.

I have also had good luck with WLP007 for making scotch ales. I usually ad just a touch of peated malt when I don't use WLP028.
