What beer to make?

Post by Bones »

Currently have a British Bitter (nearly it's end) and a Belgian Dubbel (La Petite Orange
Limited Edition from Northern Brewer) that's almost ready to be kegged.

Thinking of doing a brew night tonight or tomorrow before I go in for an out patient procedure Friday and won't be lifting much for a couple weeks.

Will swing by BIY tonight on the way home to see what he has in stock or suggests, but any input would be great. Extract only please. Hard to go wrong with a Nut Brown Ale, maybe an IPA , never made a wheat to my knowledge, hefe?

Not a huge porter fan and stouts have not worked out too well for me in the past to want to go there anytime soon.

A nice big IPA.  Good for those chilly winter/spring nights.

A Dry Irish Stout should have plenty of time to be ready for St Pats.
