Me and CMLarisson are breing 10 gallons of an american wheat tomorrow that is going to be split up and racked on to raspberrys and blueberries in the secondary. If anybody wants to show and see how to batch sparge with all grain feel free to do so. Also if your bored and want to brew the same beer to complete the red bue and white special all you need is

6# white wheat
5# pale 2 row
.5# munich 10L
.5# flaked wheat
.5 rice hulls
1 ounce Hallurtau
1 ouce tettnang

We're also doing a single decoction with a protien rest. Which should clear up the brew some. If you don't have the equipment you can use mine after i finish off the red portion. I might just do the white on sunday. If interested or just want to show up and hang out give me a call at 507-236-7513. I live on the SW side in Stoney Point. Sorry for the late notice.

PS my equipment is probably the base line equipment to get into all grain if your interested in taking that step.
