OK, we're meeting again this week, Thursday evening 7pm at Third Base. We still could use some volunteers for this, so if you would like to help with the festival please show up.

Doh!

I will be traveling at this time for business. I'll try to make the next one and may just have to volunteer when I'm around.

Bear, well we tried to meet two different Wednesdays and several of the people who said it was the best night never showed up. At the last meeting we decided the next one would be the Thursday after the club meeting.

OK, it's been suggested that we move the venue for this meeting to Bricks since they have wing night on Thursdays. That sounds OK to me. So meet at Bricks at 7pm or a little earlier if you want to get in on 2-1 draws too. I'll probably be there sometime after 6pm.

Bricks is a lot better for me. It will make it easier for me to make it.

I plan to be there. I would like to discuss 2 topics - the Constitution/By-laws changes (attached), and lanyards (I will bring some info).

Good meeting. As requested, here is a photo of the St. Ludemilas glass in the Brew Caddy lanyard. It works - as expected  .

I've also included all the glasses from the Brew Caddy website that work with their lanyard, highlighting the common ones that we have seen used around here.

And since I couldn't make the meeting: I assume it works for our glasses as well?

I'd like to get a planning meeting together in the next week. What's everyone's availability? Normally I'd say next Thursday evening, but that's the day/night of the Deschutes launch. I was planning to at least go down for the brewery tour in the afternoon. I could possibly skip the evening deal at Red's if that's the only night that works though.

I was planning on the Deschutes thing, too. So, I'd rather do Tuesday or Wednesday for the Festival meeting.
