Need to borrow a jockey box

Post by brownbeard »

I am going to a campout/festival on July 12th, and would like to borrow a jockey box for friday and saturday night. I am only going to have 2 beers. Anyone going to have one free that weekend?

Tim - I think I've got all the stuff now to finally put mine together. I'll get it together and you're welcome to christen it. Do you have an extra faucet to use w/ it? I've got one spare, but not two.

I've got a faucet. Sounds great! I could do cobra taps, but chilling kegs for a weekend takes way more ice.

If Tom's isn't ready you can always borrow mine.

I've got mine put together, mostly. I'm missing a QD (plan to pick one up from Joe tomorrow), and the aforementioned faucet. Made some guesses as far as line lengths, and I haven't had a chance to test it yet. Should be fine, if a little conservative - I think I've got ~ 10' of 3/16 line on each tap. I've got a keg of star-san that I plan to test it w/, hopefully tonight. It was an excellent excuse to get off my butt and put it together, though.

Doesn't hurt my feelings either way which Tom you borrow from. I'll let you know if it leaks.

Tim - I got your PM. I'll get back w/ you.

Crap, Tim, I haven't checked our forum in a month. Been a busy summer. Mine would have been available, no question. Sorry.

Awesome! Glad to hear. 'Bout time I got around to putting it all together. I'll pick it up from you at Thursday's meeting.
