Do I need anything for tonight? Are you bringing cups or do I need to make sure my samplers are clean? I will be home and available if this is going down tonight.

I'm bringing a case (24) of sample glasses for us to use. I also have some pita chips to clean the palate with.

Results for the competition were as follows:

1st place: John Buck
2nd place: Steven Prochaska
3rd place: Randy Carris

Thanks to Matt for hosting/stewarding, and to Tony and Dan for Judging. I'll have score sheets at the Festival committee meeting tonight at 3rd Base (7pm), and we'll also have them at the next meeting. It was one of the biggest comps we have done with 8 entries.

good job guys
Bad people drink bad beer. You don't usually see an empty bottle of Rochefort tossed onto the side of the road

Randy, et. al.,

The Committee meeting is tonight at BRICKS, not 3BB. It's wing night.

Here's the link to the recipe. I used 3711 French saison yeast instead of the farmhouse ale. http://byo.com/stories/item/2461-steam- ... gian-brews
I posted this in the wrong place before. Sorry.
