Hello Beer Nuts:

We're in the initial planning stages for our 2014 event, currently slated for July 19, 2014. While the event is quite a ways a way, I wanted to give you all the opportunity to mark your calendars before we announce the date to the public.

I also wanted to ask what you'd all like to see out of the event. I'd really like to grow the relationship between NewBo City Market and the Beer Nuts, so anything I can do to keep you all happy is a-okay with me.

I've also asked Kent Ball to serve on the planning committee, but if any of you would be interested in helping out (ya know, to make sure Kent doesn't lock himself in as the winner before we even get this thing started), please let me know and I'll get you added to the email group so you can get some meeting invites.
