Cider chopper/juicer for you Guys with fruit trees

My father makes wines and a buddy that he makes wine with him built one of these chopper/juicing machines. They say it works awesome! I'll have to find out how they sanitize the machine before and after(bleach wash with rinse? Take each components apart? Starsan rinse?)

my wife wants to know if this voids the manufacturer warranty?

I'm curious if my cloths taste better after using this as a press

Which ever fruit you use could definitely fresh up the smell of your socks.
