Also a reminder the January meeting is the competition turn in for 16-A Belgian Witbier, If you have not brewed it yet... it's probably too late.
Check out the Sticky in the members only thread for bottling, marking, and the April submission. It's the perfect time to make a lager!

The guy who submitted a barley wine in the Furious competition...
Just a reminder that it's time to pay your 2014 membership dues. Membership is $30 for the year. You can also add a BYO Magazine subscription for another $16.50.
You can either pay by check at tonight's meeting (see Lee Paulsen) or if you have a Dwolla account you can pay that way too. Either send payment to Treasurer@crbeernuts.org from your account page, or use this link: https://www.dwolla.com/hub/crbeernuts.
This is going to be a big year for the Beer Nuts, with NHC, the Benz Fest 10th Aniversary, our own beer festival etc.
You won't want to miss out! Plus, if you sign up in the next 10 minutes you'll get a complete virtual set of ginsu knives completely FREE! But wait, there's more! Members are eligible to be a part of our annual grain buy, which will be coming up in the next few month. Grain savings more than pay for the cost of membership.

January 2014 Meeting
Don't believe anyone when they tell you the secret handshake is called the reach around. I still have nightmares. On Jan 17, 2014 10:02 AM, "Bones" <brew-meetings@crbeernuts.org (brew-meetings@crbeernuts.org)> wrote:

Re: January 2014 Meeting
well its not as much a secret handshake as an initiation ritual.

Re: Payin' my dues
I missed the meeting, again, but I just paid my club dues through Dwolla. I didn't order BYO this year because I had a 2 fer 1 offer and gave my son-in-law the 2nd subscription.carrisr wrote:Just a reminder that it's time to pay your 2014 membership dues.
