BOTY Tech Topic

Post by DrPaulsen »

A request was made in advance of the club's Brewer of the Year (BOTY) announcement that the winner prepare and lead a Tech Meeting. Having won the award, I plan to put together a Tech Meeting on lagers. Look for it in the May timeframe. If any of you have specific questions you've wanted answered about lagers, please post them here, so I can make sure they get coverage.

A general overview of the lager process would be great for a rookie like me that is still trying to understand everything!

A quick overview of classic lager styles would be appropriate. Save decoction mashing for another day.
