Malt brand questions

Post by brianhall1024 »

There are many brands available in the group order form. Thought I would ask this in a different forum for advice and opinions on the brands in the grain-buy list? I know i want to get a bag of 2-row, pilsen malt and a pale ale malt. The trouble is with them all being in the same price range, I cant tell if one brand is necessarily better than the other. Any thoughts or suggestions are gladly accepted!

Yes there are going to be subtle differences... What styles are you going to brew?

I know I like Belgian style beers primarily. I'm also going to try my hand at some ipa's and also want to adventure into lagering.
