Looks like I am planning to do my 3rd batch on my new system on the 5th. Depending on if anyone can make will dictate my start time. I can start early or around noon an take the dog to the park in the morning. I will say I am still not sure if I am doing things right or wrong. My first two batches will be on tap for tasting, but I will warn you, they are fresh and need some more time to condition (I have yet to try one as I just kegged them last night)
Brew will be a simple SMaSH with 2row and Falconers Flight. 5, maybe 10 gallon batch
