Hi guys,
I want to brew a DFH 90 clone and the recipe is adamant about using Thomas Fawcett Amber Malt... Joe has only Crisp Amber Malt in stock.
Two questions:
1. Is there really a difference in taste between TF Amber Malt and other brands... if anyone knows?
2. Does anyone have some on hand they would be willing to sell? Yeah I know its a long shot but it never hurts to ask.
