Brewing Saturday 6.7.14

My wife's out of town and it looks like rain so it seems like a great day to brew some beer. Continuing with the Star Wars theme that I started last year with my Millennium Falcon IPA, I'm doing a new beer, C3PA. This will be a double IPA with Chinook, Centennial and Citra (get it, C3) hops. If I hit my numbers, it will come in at 9.6% ABV and 91 IBU. Very sessionable...
I plan to get started around 11:00 am, so if you aren't doing anything or are thirsty, stop by. If you don't know where I live, text me for address. Or you can go old school and look me up in the phone book.

Brian, I'll probably still be brewing by 3:30... I'll probably mash in at noon, figure an hour in the mash tun, an hour to mash out/sparge, a 60 minute boil... I'll still be here if you want to stop by.
