Jim, That sounds good to me. Where do you want to meet? I can leave my car at Rockwell if that's convenient. I'll PM you my contact info.

I picked up the club's CO2 tank today and got the PVC for the banner stand. It is 10'x10' and can be disassembled. I do need to get some PVC glue. I have decided there are a few pieces glued for stability and ease of assembly. Does anyone have sand tubes? Home Depot only had play sand.

If I can get the image files for the posters, I will get those printed. How big do we want the cease and desist order?

Yeah. we can glue it before packing it, so it gets some time to set.

You will have to contact Pottsie to get the files for the 3 breweries. If you want to use the banner, here's the files for it.

I would think 36" (w) x 18" (h) for the banner, and 24" (w) x 36" (h) for the Cease & Desist Order.

I picked up double-sided tape, clear packing tape, glue sticks, binder clips (24 med), twine, and 6", 8" and 14" tie-wraps today.

Oh man. I ordered the Cease and desist order 18x24. Same with the brewery logos. I figured we would do two on either side of the bar, mounted on the banner poles. It was $40 for that. The engineering prints were only in black and white. So I ordered posters. I will mount them to corrugated poster board tomorrow.

OK. I got the C and D letter and the 3 posters printed and ready to be picked up at Staples. I totally brain farted the banner. We may be able to get it printed yet today. What do you guys think?
