BYO Subscription

Post by beerguy2009 »

I beleive I paid for my BYO subscription when I paid my club dues for 2014 but I noticed that on the BYO website it shows my subcription is expired. I was wondering if it takes a while for the renewal to go through since I do it through the club. I would hate to miss an issue.

I don't believe we have sent in the item yet. It's coming shortly.

I got a final notice today from BYO. Did we get a confirmation or anything?

No, but the order was placed. The terms of the deal are such that only Tim is allowed to reach out to them on behalf of the group.

For what it's worth....
I am a new member and had the BYO subscription included with my membership.

I have received in the mail, a letter confirming my subscription, it was dated March 5, 2014; and I paid the subscription at the February meeting. So the subscriptions seem to have been processed.

I have not received an issue yet, but I bet it will not be long.

Is anyone else having problems with this? I got an e-mail last month that my digital issue was ready, and clicked on the link and it couldn't find my information. I've not received anything in the mail yet either.

I have received the last two issues (received my second issue today).

And I can access the digital edition; but I had to register with them online. I recall it was not very intuitive and it took me a few attempts to figure it out.

This is the link I use to login; I just tried it and I can see my two digital issues.

If you are having trouble, this is the last contact I had with their customer service:

I hope this helps.

Thanks! There was a number at the bottom of the email they sent and I guess it was my customer number because it let me in. Somehow they had my old address. Regardless, it's fixed.
