Thanks to everyone that came out last night for the Base Malt Tech Meeting. I'm sure everyone's palates were a little fatigued by the end, but I appreciate the effort you put into filling out tasting sheets for each of the 9 different beers. I know it's been an eye-opening experience for me and hope each of you found it similarly informative and worthwhile.

I'll be spending the next few weeks compiling the results from the 160+ data sheets and start plotting the results. I'll share data as I have it.

And a very big THANK YOU to Quinton for hosting us and especially for letting us clean the glasses in the big commercial dishwasher. Saved me tons of time today!!!
