Everything is complete on Benz end [permits, etc.]
Security ordered
Port-o-john: ordered.
Tickets went to clear channel for give aways
some posters are around town - we need more posters out there!
signup sheet is posted at signup genus
Band is booked
Batas is catering
Tickets are distrubted locally. Eventbrite is setup
glasses are delivered to Tap list app is updated and reset
Charity is contacted
SWAG to raffle - BSG has been contacted
8-clubs are pouring

Question of whether complete:
Hooplah
Penny Saver
Estimation of ticket sales? -- to food vendor
Numbered tickets for the raffle - free to every associate member

TO DO:
Pitchers a couple for beers that don't pour well from keg - or walk around to the crowd [brewhouse betties?] (Tim is to check at 5star or [sams 2pk <8])
Pretzel necklesses to sell (Tim to get stuff to make, assemble day before)
Cooler for Jockey Box (Tim to get from sams)
numbered tickets (anybody have extras?, or Tim to get from Sams)
Put the order in for Spielmans 24 tables and 56 chairs [I'll do this tomorrow if nobody else had completed, yet.]

Anything else I'm missing?

Benz has lots of tables. Check to see if enough. We do need chairs though. Matt asked how much ice we think we need. Their cooler makes about 40 bags worth. He can order ice if we need more.
