For anyone that's interested, Scott and I are going to be brewing up a batch of RIS on my electric brewing rig, including a steam infusion mash. It isn't very automated yet, but if you're curious, the basic principles will be on display.
The plan is to dough-in around 9 am and will finish up sometime around 3 or 4. Lunch should be ready around 12 or 1.

If possible, I would appreciate some type of heads up if you're thinking of stopping by.

Wish I could make it. I would like to see your system in action coming together. Keep posting and I will make it one of these days.

Sure thing. I forgot to mention this previously, but tomorrow is also the first time I will be using that counter-flow chiller you sold me.
