Off Flavor Tech Meeting #2

The second Off-Flavor Tech Meeting will be held on Monday, 23-February at Lion Bridge Brewing.

Same deal as last time. I'll bring 40s of Bud Light and we'll spike pitchers with off flavor capsules.

I have a standing meeting on Mondays from 7 to 8:30 PM, but I should be able to get backup for me that night and make it to Lion Bridge on the 23rd.

I am thinking that I am going to bring some Bud Light too, so I can taste it along side of the tainted sample.

I think experiencing that difference would help me better sort out and register the off flavor.

Thoughts?
