Brew pots for sale

Post by johnnyik »

Since my upgrade is complete, I have (2) brew pots for sale. One is a 7.75 pony keg , top cut off, lid, welded 1/2 coupling and ball valve included. Works great for full wort boils on a propane burner. The other is a 10 gal stainless, lid, 3/8 coupling, ball valve, and boil screen. It was Jim Fuller's before mine so good home brewing history! Neither will work for induction but great on a burner. $40 a piece or you can have them both for $70. Thinking of stepping up to all-grain and full wort boils? Here's your chance to get a good pot(s) for cheap! Reply here, PM me, or call me at 319-899-4253. I can bring them to the Feb meeting.

Sounds like a pretty good deal!
After seeing the HERMS system at the IPA tech meeting and reading about induction stuff here, though, I am holding off buying anything until I know what direction I want to go in the future.
