If it does go through, I'm not too worried. They haven't messed with Goose Island. I think that they are content just to skim off the profits and let the brewery do its thing as long as it continues to make money. With their broad distribution system, we might even see Cigar City up here, which would be a good thing!

For now, given time, they will figure out how to f up goose island too. Remember, it is a corporation. There is only one focus, the bottom line.

I could see INBEV taking one or two of their beers and 'modifying' them to fit on a large scale brewery so they can distribute those nation wide... I'm assuming they did this with 312 and Honkers from Goose Island? Whatever they do with their name it has to be better than the Budweiser triple crown they are throwing out to the masses
